Lars Pauly

CEO

Lars Pauly has over three decades of experience in the automotive industry. In leading international management positions at Mercedes-Benz, he played a key role in shaping the development of various business units. He then served as CEO of BYD's German operations, gaining valuable experience in establishing new brands in Europe. He now brings this combination of premium experience and pioneering spirit to the establishment of the new importer in Austria.

Wolfgang Kugler

Sales Director

Wolfgang Kugler brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry. Throughout his career, he has held several senior sales and management positions, including at the Pappas Group. Since 2025, he has been responsible for sales and has made a significant contribution to the company's sales operations in Austria.

Anita Elöpataki

Marketing Director

Anita Elöpataki has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and possesses in-depth expertise in international marketing and brand management roles. Together with her team of product and marketing specialists, she is managing the successful market entry of Colmobil and its brands in Europe.

Michael Heilegger

CFO

Michael Heilegger brings over 15 years of experience in finance and controlling. After positions in various industries and international management roles, he is now CFO at Colmobil Austria, where he is responsible for financial strategy, central financial processes, IT, and HR.

Jay Plata

Aftersales & Operations Director

Jay Plata combines more than two decades of international experience in the automotive industry with in-depth expertise in sales, network development, and aftersales. In various management positions, he has built up extensive know-how and is thus driving the further development of Colmobil Austria.
